news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/7855763.stmThe number of men having breast reduction operations in the UK is rising dramatically, but is this really the result of the media spotlighting the physical flaws of male celebrities? This is an era when glossy magazines and tabloids delight in the most minor flaw of the female celebrity. The actress with bags under her eyes, the singer with an untrimmed armpit, the model with a sweat patch, all are When both the then Prime Minister Tony Blair and leader of the opposition David Cameron were pictured enjoying the sun in the summer of 2006, newspapers from tabloid to broadsheet passed comment on their "moobs". Every man has breast tissue, but some have excessive breasts. This ranges from classical cases of gynaecomastia, prompted by a range of causes, to breasts enlarged entirely by deposits of fat over the pectoral muscles. But whatever the cause British men seem to be increasingly concerned over the state of their chests. Women don't like them, but it seems most men sooner or later end up with moobs! Would you opt for surgery to get rid of them?! If you are a woman, do you find men with moobs attractive?!

Surgery is uneccessary, guys with manboobs just need to get their bodyfat down, and build up their pecs, voila, no more manboobs.
Surgery? FFS!

I guess some guys just can't exercise NY, so surgery becomes their only option. A bit like a large person not being able to diet and having a gastric band fitted. (Note the tact! lol! - "large")

If any bloke is concerned about the size of their tits, they're fine.
The problem for normal blokes is the belly, not the boobs.

It's not nice. But there's no point having a moob reduction if you've still got a belly to size of Copenhagen.

Costs a lot, but burn the fat and you could fire Didcot power station for a month.

Wasn't there an article recently about a Plastic Surgeon in the USA who stored the fat removed by liposuction and used it to provide fuel for his car ?
(I'm failry certain I didn't dream it)
