No mention of this on the BBC website, all they mention is that BBC management is set for a pay freeze, and Heartbeat is to be culled. Ross isn't mentioned, so this could be a Sun scoop - or wishful thinking!

Haven't looked on the website, but it was definitely mentioned on BBC Radio 5 Live's breakfast show this morning that top earners would face a 25% pay cut.
