By co-incidence, in many Muslim countries, muslims are making exactly the same complaints about Christians.

Largely because of a few Americans who go there, preaching hell fire and capitalism. Then praising war!

Verses are selected, out of context, from the Bible to justify claims on both sides.

Verses such as these:

Judges 21:10-24 Justifying murder and rape of virgins.

Deuteronomy 22:28-29 Rape victims must marry their attackers.

Deuteronomy 22:23-24 Rape victims must be stoned to death.

Exodus 21:7-11 Selling your daughter as a sex slave.

Deuteronomy 17:12 Kill anyone who ignores a priest.

Leviticus 20:10 Death for Adultry.

2 Chronicles 15:12-13 Kill non-believers.

None of these is what they seem. All are taken out of context.

These and many other verses are used by scum who claim religion to justify their political objectives.

Equally they are manipulated by others to spread fear and distrust of anyone they identify as a Christian.

Firstly, the immigrants to the USA in the 1920s were regarded as agents of ideologies as sinister then as Islam seems to you now - anarchism, Bolshevism, socialism and so on. It turned out to be paranoid fantasy, as is your weird fixation on Islam, because the immigrants weren't harbringers of Papal tyranny or Leninism, they were lookinhg for a better life away from that sort of thing. The Muslims leaving medievalist Hell holes like Saudi and disaster zones like the Sudan are going to appreciate what we have over here, rather than seek to re-create the conditions that they fled.

And far from being moderated by the West, as you suggest, young muslims are becoming more not less muslim.

Again, you're deliberately re-framing the debate away from what I said. The majority of British Muslims arel under four years old, according to the Times article. They aren't more or less anything, they are too young. As they grow up, they will be more westernised than their parents or elder siblings.

How do you think they will 'modify' British culture?

More kebabs and humnmus, which is a good thing. Other than that, the same way that Italians, Chinese, Indians and every other ethnic or religious community has modified British culture.
