Police 'ran away' from jeering Gaza demonstrators

Video footage posted on a website shows police officers running way from chanting demonstrators who took part in a violent protest in London against Israel's invasion of the Gaza Strip.

The ten-minute amateur film shows 30 officers being chased by a crowd of up to 3,000 people who broke away from an official protest march last month.

The video, posted on YouTube, shows protesters chanting 'Allahu Akbar' (God is Greatest) and 'Fatwa', a death threat under Islamic law.

No doubt the police did not call for reinforcements and make arrests. It has been apparent for some time now that militant muslims demonstrate with impunity. Futher appeasement we will have cause to regret.

Those 30 officers should have stood their ground against the mere 3000 demonstrators.

I'm not blaming the 30 policemen. They drew the protestors away without engaging which would probably have ended in rivers of blood. So Britain dodged a bloody riot this time. Might manage it again next time as well. But sooner or later it's going to get gnarly. Then we'll see if politicians have the sphericals to deal with it.

I'd really like to tell you that you are wrong about that. But some of the evidence appears to support you. I'm actually relying on muslims going for the riot option too soon and maybe waking up a few of the appeasers and apologists before it comes to that. Might take a while more though. Nail bombs in tube trains didn't seem to ring enough alarm bells. Exhortations to jihad against the infidel seem to be regarded as some of high spirits or something.

Only I haven't heard any British retaliation or holding back this danger. On the contrary its radical Islam's victories one after another.

Oh, it's only until the liberal influence declines. Should be happening at an accelerated rate soon. What wonderful police on the island. They were there to keep the peace, they succeeded. You have a bunch of loudmouth thugs have let off steam. No Blood, No fatalities, the louder of the thugs will in the course of time have their day in court (with video evidence). Notice there were some moderates who would appear to be trying to control the crowd.

Now had this been in Is??el, how many bodies would there have been?

What I notoced was that the shouting and abusive language seemed to come from two, possibly 3 men, all out of sight of the filming.

Moreover, the filming seemed to be concentrating on trouble. But there were a number of brief shots of the mass of demonstrators.

Many were white and apparently non-Muslim. All appeared to be peaceful.

Sounds like a set up which is probably why the police chose not to intervene.
