This is a tragedy waiting to happen. The man should not be in the public domain. He is likely to offend again. I can hear the excuses and lame platitudes even now. eg "We must do everything to make sure this never happens again" The "this" being another woman raped and possibly killed. Are the Broadmoor doctors insane themselves? it would appear so to me. This type of offender deserves a lethal injection. Time for a law change.

"A SEX fiend freed from Broadmoor received bigger State handouts while inside than his elderly victims had to live on" www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/article2198458.eceThie country has gone stark raving mad. His 'entitlement' should have been minimum sustenance and the same for all violent criminals.

If it does happen then you only have yourselves to blame.
IMO, Like most of what is happening in Britain it's allowed to continue because, all that Brits will do, is 'WHINGE' and very little else.
There'd be rioting in the streets of most other places with an ounce of self respect left.

I read an article over the weekend about this "monster". He has been photographed on more than one occasion at nightclubs groping young women's breasts. Unfortunately it's only a matter of time before he re-offends. Hopefully next time they will lock him up and throw away the key! Disgraceful. He is able to wander free in society and bide his time. I expect he is on benefits as well! So the British taxpayer is funding his jaunts to these nightclubs, it gets worse . . . .

I've been treating this story with a very generous pinch of salt.
I suggest its a bit of scare mongering by the press.
If this guy has been groping women recently, as the press claims he will have been taken back into custody immediatly.
To say that he was released to save money is an utter nonsense. State mental hospitals don't work like that and neither does the Mental Health Act. The people who run these places have enormous power and enjoy using it.
Prisoners have a real fear of the Mental Health Act and state hospitals simple because they have no certainty of release.

There were pictures taken of him recently in nightclubs groping women. The women were "tanked up" and didn't look too bothered, they certainly weren't unwilling. Perhaps that changes the perspective as far as the law is concerned.

It doesn't make it clear if the women concerned were consenting or not.
If they weren't then he would have been returned to secure accommodation immediatly.
The suggestion that the mental health services are ain any way apethetic with these types of patients is nonsense.

I assume the females were compliant tarrant as they had one arm around him and a drink in the other whilst he groped at them. The girls were both smiling. I think it's fair to say had they been non-comliant they wouldn't have been smiling and wouldn't have permitted the photos to have been taken so readily. They looked like they were posing.
