Um. Who's sensibilities would he be offending? All those who watch a Gordon Ramsay show expecting him to be polite and meek and gentle? And who, exactly, would those people be? And why would they be quite so stupid?

Can't stand the man so I don't watch him anymore ...went through a short phase of finding him mildly amusing, but I soon got over it

he's a bit of a sh*thouse imo - all shouty at people in his kitchen where he's the boss, but when he cooked for the Marines and they chucked him in a pool he wasn't so tough then was he, the gobsh1te. BAH!

Anyone who watched the "F word" knows exactly what the programme will be like. Full of Gordon Ramsay going off on one and swearing his tail off! It isn't compulsory viewing, there is an off switch. I personally wish he wouldn't swear quite so much, i guess it's more of a habit than anything else! He is a talented chef and clearly knows his stuff. I think sacking him is a bit OTT. If the tv channel is becoming concerned, perhaps they should just ask him to tone it down a bit. Having said all of that, i find his programmes where he revamps restaurants around the World very entertaining.

He's just a sad, tired, wannabe 'celebrity' desperately trying to jazz up a basic cookery programme with lots of "ooh, rude words".
I hope he dies in penury of food poisoning !

I saw the said programme, and my daughter and I agreed that the most swearing (f words said in a minute) was done by one of the sous chefs having a rant at his useless employer.
I hardly notice Gordon is swearing, to be honest, it's as much a part of his speech as a Scouse accent would be to a Liverpudlian.

I - erm - accidentally watched it, and the amount of swearing was over the top. It actually ruined an otherwise reasonably diverting programme and I turned off. And I swear like a trooper myself.
I don't think I'd complain to anyone about it. Though since Gordon Ramsey is a cock, I could be tempted.
As an aside - can you imagine what the reaction of rightwingers and their fcukwitted press would be like if it was on the BBC? There'd be a witchunt, resignations of the DG, allsorts.
