The baby must be a tremendous comfort to her family, who must be devastated by her loss. The news article doesn't say whether the lady was married although she is referred to as Mrs. It said a male friend was with her when she died. I hope the baby has a solid family network around her whilst she grows up. It will be tough for her growing up knowing the circumstances of her birth, i hope it goes well for her.

“To Jayne, becoming a mother was the best thing in the world that could have happened to her.
“She was so happy, she had always wanted to be a mum more than anything else.
“She lived to have a baby girl – that was the one thing she wanted in her life.
“The hospital laid her baby on her shoulder when she was born so she could have a moment with her.
“This would have been the best day of her life.”

Ahhhh that's so sad, but beautiful at the same time. A very sad story, but at least the baby born healthily is something very positive to come out of a very sad event.
