Doesn’t seem to be anything about culture.
Just seems like the wigs don’t fit over certain hair types so it seems reasonable to make some for of allowance for that.

They should keep the wigs and deport anyone who doesn't want to wear one.

The wigs did always seem ridiculously archaic and silly. They should get rid anyway, regardless of whether they fit people with massive afros. Maybe old fashioned but I quite like the wigs. But people should definitely have the option of not wearing one rather than looking ridiculous balancing one on top of a huge Afro. |
