Doubtful, since he's been doing this since he came into office. He has visiting foreign officials stay at his hotels, had Pence stay on the other side of Ireland at another resort (while the function took place in Dublin), and suggested that the G7 stay at his resort in Florida next year.
Presidents are supposed to divest themselves of their business interests when taking office.

That's nonsense. There's nothing to suggest this was anything other than the air crews taking advantage. POTUS knew nothing about it apparently, which seems not unreasonable.

Nah. If they've put in a re-fuelling stop and there's a subsidised/courtesy deal going locally, the aircrew will use it. Yeah if that was the case there'd be no issues, but the facts are this, it's cost the USAF an extra $11 million by refusing there instead of the usual US air bases, plus it's effectively propped an airport that's was teetering on the edge of closure, a closure that would adversly effect his resort. Plus the USAF are also subsidizing the resort by being forced to billet crews there instead of on US bases or local Travelodge hotels, the costs being so high they can't buy food unless they dip into their own pockets as a meal there far exceeds their daily allowance. |

Probably Fairford or Alconbury, there are quite a few, plus the big bases in Germany, after all until this cleptocrat came into office, the USAF did loads of flights through and to these bases and never felt the need to pay more to refuel at an obscure little regional airport.
As to who's been giving the orders, presumably the investigation will tell us that.

What do you really have to say, I mean you are clearly clueless about this issue, have no background knowledge, clearly don't know about the US law forbidding this kind of abuse of power and that it's illegal to use public office to enrich themselves, plus you focusing on which USAF base they've used for the last 70 years, as if this has any import to the wider point of Trumps grift, is just you doing the usual of ignoring the big picture by trying to focus on some trivial point no one cares about.
