That concept is just for the Courtroom... in public opinion, anything goes Technically, yes. But the general population keeps bragging on how they believe in the concept (in court or not) Looks like they are lying through their teeth. They don't believe in it at all. What they do believe in is 1800s wild west mob justice. |

What is this about killing 9 month old babies? I saw this in Rick’s post but it just seemed like nonsense. Its a reference to the Dem candidate not being opposed to Roe vs wade, which in theory allows abortion at any time during pregnancy, and even though not a single case of a healthy baby being aborted at 9 months has ever happened, the lunatics on the right still push the idea that if you support a woman right to have autonomy over their body and the right to choose, you automatically want babies aborted and killed up to a day before their due date. its special kind of stupid. He said he supports the right to life of the baby after it's been born. That means he's ok with killing 9 month old babies right up to the second of birth. Do I really have to put up the video of him saying it? Wouldn't matter anyway, because you would dismiss it. |

His statement is rather interesting. “Thought I was pursuing shared feelings” is an interesting phrase to dissect. What people can assume are “shared feelings” can be pretty interesting. Anyway more coming out isn’t surprising. Trying to remember who wrote an article I read the other day. Anyway it featured a phrase which said for many men, sexual access to women isn’t a side benefit of achieving power - it’s the whole point of it. Which I think summed up the issue nicely. |

Yes you can. The baby ages from moment of conception to birth, whether you like it or not, unless you believe the laws of physics are suspended in the womb and time and aging doesn't exist. Birth date is more of a human construct for legal purposes,,,driving, drinking, retirement, etc. A "one year" old (birth certificate) is physically one year and 9 or 10 months old.
