Even when there’s not been one (reasonably) suggested false claim since the Weinstein thing came up, you’re still pushing the narrative of false claims, implying that it’s common. Which itself suggests we should never basically trust a woman’s word on this, because some of the filthy slatterns are grasping harridans.

What does the left's relentless "It's ok when we do it." narrative do for the treatment of how women's claims are viewed?

Your response suggesting that it's opportunism and attempts for limelight is sad and denigrates genuine cases. Your remark collapses under scrutiny. I suggested there may be some opportunism which would denigrate etc. You knew that but let your innate snideyness get the better of you - and knowing you'd get a clap from the feminist quarter. A clap, not the clap btw. Funny you think anybody could ever benefit from making an allegation of assault. It seems a sure way to destroy your professional and personal life rather than be a benefit.

No, I just don't labour beneath this odd view that all women are angels and all men are perverts.
And this.."you’re still pushing the narrative of false claims, implying that it’s common" (FA) is mischief on the writer's part. I've never 'pushed' this view. It's called a debatable angle, not a belief. It seems that even the introduction of an alternative view for discussion is now to be damned in some quarters.
This is how 'the left' gets a bad name, by its more extreme members being shocked to the point of palsy by anything which disturbs their petty, entrenched views.

Who exactly is labouring under the view that all women are angels and all men are perverts? It's certainly not a belief that I give the time of day too. We know that not all men are perverts because those men who are in are lives wouldn't dream of sexually assaulting women. We know that all women aren't angels because we know that a few women lie and there was a case of that recently in the UK. Why do you persist in spouting such nonsense? Why do you feel so threatened by women reporting sexual assault? Why do you take it so personally? Any decent man would acknowledge that there is an epidemic of powerful men taking advantage of their positions in society who sexually assault women. Do you acknowledge that? Decent men support women and speak out about such behaviour. How hard it that for you to do?

Wow. An epidemic now.
See, here we go again with the hysteria and exaggeration. How hard is it for you to understand that this discussion's not about me but the issue itself? Do you not understand that most men have always taken advantage of women given the chance? That men are predatory creatures? Similarly don't you understand that most women use men to gain what they want in society? It's not difficult to understand. But keep on grinding that axe if it makes you feel better.

(Also "killing 9 month old babies"? Come on!) What is this about killing 9 month old babies? I saw this in Rick’s post but it just seemed like nonsense. Its a reference to the Dem candidate not being opposed to Roe vs wade, which in theory allows abortion at any time during pregnancy, and even though not a single case of a healthy baby being aborted at 9 months has ever happened, the lunatics on the right still push the idea that if you support a woman right to have autonomy over their body and the right to choose, you automatically want babies aborted and killed up to a day before their due date. its special kind of stupid.

Oh I see, because men have always taken advantage of women then it's okay. What a dinosaur you are. It's long past the time that some men stop viewing women as existing for their sexual pleasure. You have a very negative view on the world if you think that most men take advantage of women and that women use men to gain what they want. No wonder you're such a miserable git with an attitude like that. Just because your experience has led you to believe that doesn't make it true for others. My experience has been that all the men in my life have never taken advantage of me and all the women in my life have never used a man for their own gains. I do acknowledge that this isn't the case for thousands of women. I know women who have been sexually harassed at work and I know women who have been sexually assaulted. It has to stop and decent men need to support women who want it to stop. Decent people would be condemning those powerful men for sexually assaulting women, so it appears that you're not decent but are quite happy to let the status quo continue. I also recognize that your use of 'hysteria and exaggeration' is designed to belittle me. Sorry buddy insults and putdowns don't work on me because they're just another ploy to get women to shut up when they don't agree with you.

don't you find it a little strange that these women are all coming out after decades? and in Moore's case a mo before a Senate run that will seriously affect the balance of power in the Senate? I was never one to believe in coincidence,

I was never one to believe in coincidence, I don’t Find it strange that women often wait to come forward. Nor that they maybe prompted into it when they realised the position he was going for. One of them is a Republican so if this was about politics it would be strange on her part. Do you find it strange he was banned from a shopping mall for being a creepy pervert?

The other day OneOfThe was having a hysterical fit at Clarity and I not clarifying #notallmen. Now he is arguing that most men are rapey pieces of sh*t. Make your mind up - which is it? As for the nonsense misogyny about “most women ‘using men’ to gain what they want in society...” *rolls eyes*

So it’s about termination of pregnancies, not killing ‘9 month old babies’. I suspected as much but part of me thought Rick couldn’t be THAT stupid.

I would add one thing:
“It's long past the time that some men stop viewing women as existing [solely] for their sexual pleasure.”
Hear f**k**g hear.

Seriously, I'm surprised you admit that you were conned. There are plenty of male gold diggers around too who have conned women out of money and baubles. That gold diggers, from both genders, exist I don't deny.

It does make wonder at what age Rick believes a baby turns a year old, given he thinks an unborn child can be 9 months old.

If I sell them off why would I give the money to anyone else? Although I did like the idea of forcing people I have ever brought gifts for to cash them in and hand me cash. Party time!
