True. Effectively then they're refusing the US's demands for extradition. Good. He's getting plenty of stick from the media here, but it's interesting that he's never denied anything and admitted he prefers young girls - that all of his liaisons have been consensual, that he was pestered by young girls/groupies. The fact is, he's broken the law and should be slapped; screw his sexual preferences.
