It's OK to stamp our collective feet from an emancipated pov, but how do you stop the less civilised, the oversexed and those who just don't and never will get it? There are already laws in place. I don't know what the answer is, but attacking the innocent it ain't.

My point is why would anybody be surprised that sexual harassment occurs in an organisation designed to tackle it. If it has men there it will have sexual harassment. No matter what their mission statement is.
