Even the BBC questioned the point of this story. For the avoidance of doubt, I believe Prince Andrew is a thoroughly unpleasant, creepy, bigot. That should be enough in itself really, to keep them in stories.

I confess, I don't know it for a fact, but I believe that one of the roles of Protection is not to intervene, but to assist in ensuring that certain behaviours are monitored and avoided.

From what I have read so far it appears to be more a case that he’s a major arsehole. And I can definitely believe that of him.

I also would not be surprised if he was a bit Russel Brand-y.

At this rate the only male celebrity that would surprise me if allegations were made would be Keanu Reeves.
