It's interesting how questions are being assumed as statements by those with limited intelligence. For example if one asks "could Mars be inhabited by aliens?" they start squealing or making accusations of fantasy, rather than discussing the proposal.

I'm sure it's happened but it does sound a bit like an exaggerated phenomena. It's creepy and should be punished, just like up-skirting, but this feels more like a made-up, potential, outrage than something that really affects women. It's all part of the right-to-be-offended continuum - "stop looking at my breasts (which I have encased in underwear to make them look really attractive and left largely visible under a low-cut blouse) you beast!"

A bit like spiking drinks. There's little evidence that it happens at anything like the scale claimed, particularly spiking with needles. I doubt if that's ever happened. More likely your mates have been buying you doubles all night.
