They don’t have two tier citizenship in Australia*. Not sure how indigenous people are really relevant to my comment. What an odd thing to say. And of course I am not talking about people “”feeling” like second class citizens. But actually two classes of citizenship.

*They may do for terrorism offences actually, I think.

Yeah I won’t be protesting in the streets but still not completely comfortable with different legal systems for born vs. Naturalised citizens.

Well, I suppose you could call them probationary citizens. The alternative is just to withold citizenship (and the benefits thereof) for an extended period.
