Seems reasonable to assume these parents grew up being indoctrinated, given it was the grandfather they turned to for oils and prayers. It sounds cold-blooded - and it's a shame the tot didn't get to grow up and make her own choices - but if the religious fruitcakes kill off their own kids, it prevents another generation raised to believe the same. |
