She was much younger then, of course. I Was there a Clash of the Titans II?
Diminishing returns, of course. Not much ticket office in Battle of the Buckets or Dustup of the Dustbowls.

Seriously impressive CV. Rhodes Scholar Oxford Blue in boxing Army captain and helicopter pilot US nationally prominent rugbyer This is an article from 1959 from Time Magazine before he was famous time.com/archive/6613237/education-the-old-oxonian-blues/Which, someone notes, says he was studying Anglo Saxon at Merton College. The article doesn't mention that the prof at Merton who was most into Anglo-Saxony language stuff would be a Mr Jonh Ronald Reuel Tolkien.

Also, the story about Toby Keith at the Willie Nelson 70th birthday gig is great, even if it's apocryphal.

I am not surprised.
Have you even heard Me & Bobby McGee (probably the most famous song he wrote)? Or watched the 1970s A Star Is Born where he plays Bradley Cooper opposite Barbra Streisand?
