Haha. Yeah, it's almost like neither side give a toss about what Joe Biden thinks or says.
"Israel's army has said it has conducted "targeted strikes" against Hamas in eastern Rafah, after rejecting Hamas's agreement to a ceasefire deal Flares lit up the skies over the Gazan city overnight as witnesses reported continuous Israeli bombardment. Armed factions in Gaza fired rockets into southern Israel in response"
I wonder why the IDF needed to use flares. It seems a bit performative, given that they have access to so much advanced night vision kit. I would have thought that flares would be unhelpful.

Yet again, the Pals have managed to wrong-foot the Israelis and give the inpression that they were playing the white man.

Hah f ucking ha. The EU does something good for a change. If only he was banned from entry to Britain too. "A London surgeon who has provided testimony over the current war in Gaza after operating during the conflict has been denied entry to France, where he was due to speak in the French senate later on Saturday. After arriving at Charles de Gaulle airport north of Paris on Saturday morning on a flight from London, Prof Ghassan Abu-Sitta, a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, was informed by French authorities that Germany had enforced a Schengen-wide ban on his entry to Europe. French police said the German authorities, who had previously refused Abu-Sitta entry to Germany in April, had put a visa ban on him for a year, meaning he was banned from entering any Schengen country. It is not clear whether Abu-Sitta was aware of this before flying to Paris." www.theguardian.com/world/article/2024/may/04/uk-surgeon-who-described-gaza-massacre-denied-entry-to-france

Here's a great opportunity to meet the EU halfway. We'll take the Schengen area bans, but not the access.
Can't say fairer than that.

That’s pretty funny for how pathetic it is.

A brave and noble protest. In the true spirit of the minority bravely fighting back against the oppressive majority. Simply wonderful.

I mean, it's the JPost so it's full of spin and sh*t and totally unreliable as a narrator on this subject.
But it is worth remembering that Palestine's age pyramid is very bottom-heavy, and for fairly obvious reasons lots of 15 to 18 year old "children" will be actually quite fighty. And the stats of children killed includes everyone under 18. The number remains appalling, but I think the "women and children" stat released by Hamas - while being technically correct - is also a very spinny sort of number implying that all the thousands of them are 2 to 7 year old innocents.

Hahaha …. Unlike our go to sources at the Hamas newsroom who furnish Al Beeb with their daily impartial stats & news …🤔😊

I don't think any "children" have been killed. Odd how the extreme far left are desperate for children to die. Queer even.

No need for the quotation marks. Their age qualifies them to be seen as children.

Yes, but what is implied is that they're babes in arms rather than teens with arms. Still kids, of course, and definitely a lot of actual babes in arms have been killed, but I think the "women and children" language deliberately blurs the distinction.
