I think Brendan's over-extended himself here and is at risk of appearing less than entirely fair and objective. The CANADIAN HRC hasn't actually ruled on this (have they?) so nobody can have been forced out of business.

My friend shared an article on this. It would seem straight forward to handle. Waxing male genitalia is different to waxing female genitalia (one issue being the skin being thinner on the former) and this having an untrained waxer carry out waxing is dangerous. I am sure it won’t be handled sensibly though and it appears Yaniv is just a massive racist (the article mentioned alleged online racist out outbursts and the fact Yaniv specifically targeted immigrant women) trying to use these laws to target minority women |
