Did she renounce her UK citizenship and claim Islamic "State" citizenship? If so, it may be OK to leave her in stateless limbo. If not, you have to treat her like a citizen, so if she can actually afford to travel back I suppose you'd let her in at a port of entry and promptly arrest her.
