We don't hang people any more. And when I say 'let her return' I mean under her own steam.
I don't know whether supporting a caliphate is in itself a crime. Unless it can be proven she was an accessory to crime against a British citizen, I'd say a trial would be pointless. If she was accessory to a crime against other nationals she should be handed over to the country concerned.
Or is IS officially regarded as a terrorist cell? If so she can be condemned as aiding and abetting terrorism.

Is there some issue with time here? It says she was freed after being locked up for 6 years in 2016.

All prejudice aside, we probably should let this nasty little turd back into UK. She was under age when she left, obviously a bit giddy/caught up in the adventure/keen for a bit of religiously-sanctioned wang.
If she's broken any laws by joining IS, then she must be brought to book for that. So far, it's just an ideological issue, so, meh! We've got plenty more like that in already, many in the Labour front benches.
Now, if she'd taken up arms against UK it would be a different matter and I would expect the Kurds to shoot her out of hand.
She's going to end up back here anyway, let's face it. It would be in her best interests if she showed some serious contrition. I don't expect her to renounce her Faith, but a statement to the effect that she's been a silly cow might go a long way to making people in UK a little more sympathetic. Young people say, think and do stupid things (a glance at my daughter's Momentum-fuelled Facebook page would confirm that) so, really, it's just a matter of degree. And brownness, if we were being honest with ourselves.

On the one hand I think “f**k her”.
But she’s a citizen so ultimately - yes.

The countries within the EU can choose to do as they wish. France has already refused to accept them. Took a lot of flak, mind, from the HR groups. Link?

"... which although not a direct refusal is probably a death sentence."
A palpable Win/Win. Our hands remain unbloodied, and the woman enters paradise all the sooner.
My original question still stands: where's the beef?

She said that seeing her first "severed head" in a bin "didn't faze me at all".
"It was from a captured fighter seized on the battlefield, an enemy of Islam. I thought only of what he would have done to a Muslim woman if he had the chance," she said.
"I'm not the same silly little 15-year-old schoolgirl who ran away from Bethnal Green four years ago," she told Mr Loyd.
"I don't regret coming here."
So, hell no. Stay where you obviously belong and live up to your convictions of being an Islamaloonie.

I was about to say neither or your links support our earlier claim but at least you acknowledge that.

I see she's now "pleading" to be allowed back to UK. Still no sign of any contrition. Makes you wonder about the family's outlook if the pater familias can't bring himself to have a word with her.

Maybe she should allowed to have her baby and hand it to her family. It's not the baby's fault. She can then choose whatever mentalist retard savage community she likes to live with.

No, it's not the baby's fault, but it's carrying the parents' DNA, makeup, history. Really don't know about this. One side of me's a softie, the other not a softie.

Well, she's sprogged up.
"Shamima Begum - the London teenager who left the UK to join the Islamic State in Syria - has given birth, her family have been told.
Their lawyer released a statement saying Ms Begum and her child - a boy - are believed to be in "good health"."
Ahhhh. It's a boy. That'll save a fortune on dowries and FGM. Every cloud, eh?
Now, any thoughts on a name?
Shaheed?

Brother of jihadists killed in Brighton. linkSimilar stuff happening Marseilles. Self-policing? Three out of four's a good start. Fingers crossed for a full house. Still, found stabbed to death in a crashed car. On his way home from the mosque I imagine. Such nice boys. No trouble at all etc.
