The answer to Q2, of course, depends on which Christmas Island.
The weird thing is that I thought the capital of the Australian territory was Flying Fish Cove, and the island in Kiribati didn't have a capital - a quick bit of research suggests that the main cities are London, Banana and Tabwakea. None of these are in the multiple choice...

I've got the capital as The Settlement but it looks like Flying Fish Cove is the current correct answer.
