The answer to Q2, of course, depends on which Christmas Island.
The weird thing is that I thought the capital of the Australian territory was Flying Fish Cove, and the island in Kiribati didn't have a capital - a quick bit of research suggests that the main cities are London, Banana and Tabwakea. None of these are in the multiple choice...
