“Hero”? They cancelled him for anti-semitism ages ago. (Although given that photo the royals seem to love him…)

Yet another BBC hero lets us all down. "US rapper A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie missed his performance at Wireless festival after he was arrested, allegedly over an incident some two years ago. The musician, real name Julius Dubose, was due to take to the stage at the star-studded Crystal Palace Park festival on Saturday afternoon. But following his arrest over the weekend, organisers announced the 25-year-old would not be performing as planned and that the set would be rescheduled." www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9983111/US-rapper-Boogie-Wit-Da-Hoodie-ARRESTED-Wireless-festival.html

He's gone on the underground railroad.

I expect he'll been underground soon enough. One way or another. It sounds like he's keeping bad company and his lines of credit have run out. Legal Aid indeed. Helluva guy. What a man.

Talking of bad company, how's that coon-calling cunt Sasha Johnson getting on? This was just priceless: www.voice-online.co.uk/news/2021/09/03/sasha-johnson-she-wore-a-stab-proof-vest-she-didnt-wear-that-for-fun/Compare the narrative with the Wiki entry on it: there was no evidence that the perps were black as they had all been wearing balaclavas, even in their hands. And yet all the dependent are black lads. There has been no interest in the media about this. Well, given that there were more than thirty people at the party, not one of whom has come forward with any information, there can't be much to say. Either way, fuxk the lot of 'em. Outlaws it is.

This is about 25 years too late but glad we got there in the end. It could potentially get a life sentence (fingers crossed.)
On a separate pedantic note - he’s not a rapper.

He is a raper, though.

"For years, the public and news media seemed to be more amused than horrified by allegations of inappropriate relationships with minors, starting with Kelly's illegal marriage to the R&B phenom Aaliyah in 1994 when she was just 15.
His records and concert tickets kept selling. Other artists continued to record his songs, even after he was arrested in 2002 and accused of making a recording of himself sexually abusing and urinating on a 14-year-old girl.
Widespread public condemnation didn't come until a widely watched docuseries "Surviving R. Kelly" helped make his case a signifier of the #MeToo era, and gave voice to accusers who wondered if their stories were previously ignored because they were Black women."
Capital B? Oh well.
Still, quite disturbing that his image was able to trump his obvious, repeated, paedo noncery. It sells training shoes, I guess, so that's alright.

Poor woman. (Or is she a person with a cervix now?) "A woman shot in crossfire in Hackney’s London Fields has detailed her road to recovery after being paralysed by the stray bullet. Natalie Bignell, 32, was shot in the neck and suffered a C4 spinal cord injury. Police believed the shooting took place between two rival gangs, one of which was filming a Drill music video in November. Ms Bignell, from Plymouth, is now learning to paint again without the use of her hands as part of her recovery to become “Natalie 2.0”." www.standard.co.uk/news/london/natalie-bignell-fashion-worker-paralysed-neck-down-london-hackney-b957479.html
