Our hospital is quiet as well. It was always going to be a thing that if social distancing worked to reduce transmission and stopped the hospitals being overwhelmed that there would be many who would end up saying it was all over blown and using the fact it worked to say it was all for nothing

Probably expected special dispensation for cultural reasons. Amusingly, there was a Muslim bint on the radio just now telling us how, as a muslim, she believes that they need at least 100 people at a funeral. Utter horseshit, but very convenient.

they do understand political science, freedom of assembly is part of the 1st amendment just like freedom of speech, if you ever surrender a freedom you may never get it back,
Governors are going crazy, in MI I understand you cannot buy garden stuff, but you can go to local pot shop and buy all you want, you cannot take out motor boat, but you can a canoe,,,,, there is no rhyme or reason, just over zealous Governor

In the shops, items carried two labels: one for the price and one which read "0000" which meant that you couldn't buy it on a Sunday. This led to some paradoxes as you could buy a bra on a Sunday, but not a Bible. Funnily enough, I was discussing this with my son only yesterday. I think it was phased out in the mid-90s. Never did really get to the bottom of it as Cornish people aren't especially religious but the Methodists (Team Joyless) have always been a force in municipal government. |

Not only did this (pictured) happen in Ohio today but in Michigan a bunch of twats got mad about boating season being canceled so they got in their cars and blocked the entrance to the hospital where all the COVID-19 patients are being housed. Ambulances could not get through the traffic or to the hospital. This is what happens when a cult leader is the president. |

so what's the deal with boating season? why is it a problem, when I am on a boat I am always more then 6ft away from anyone, usually don't get within 100ft from anyone, maybe if the dumb-ass governor didn't go crazy with these rules others might be more understanding, and what's with not being able to buy seed for garden? it's spring time you know, if you don't plant now you won't ever,, we are lucky there is a first amendment to keep these governors in check
