Can he bring Covid 19 under control? Hard to see how now without a vaccine, things are so out of control now, could be a quarter million dead by the time he takes over.

Will Moscow Mitch simply block everything? Possibly, but Biden is white so he might not be as totally obstructive this time.

Im expecting he will quickly end many of the damaging trade wars and will re enter international treaties and organizations.

The economic recovery will be based on how soon covid can be controlled. Though obviously the deficit and national debt will suddenly be of a concern to the right again.

All that being said, things will get better

I think the American left have very similar issues to the British left in that they despise their traditional core supporters. Mind you, we elect moderates centrists like Boris Johnson so it doesn't really answer that question. Maybe the Yanks just don't have moderates who reject the racist identity politics of the Democrats?
