Where as this decision is probably the correct one, it does expose the coruptness of this present court, they made this ruling in under 6 weeks, and while it's the only ruling that made sense it benefits only Trump, where as his absurd claim to being totally immune from persecution for any thing he did in office is being slow walked, Jack Smith asked the court for an expedited ruling in early December, yet they refused saying the appeals court had to rule first, when they unanimously ruled it's was absurd they finally took it up, but they won't issue a ruling till late summer meaning effectively non of Trumps criminal trials are gonna happen.

Yeah, that's very, very telling. "It really important we get important rulings related to the election out of the way" they say. Apart from the ones that don't help Trump - those we delay as much as we can.
You know that if they were going to rule that Trump did have immunity, they'd have made that ruling yesterday rather than in 3 months.
