It's so weird that Joe Biden seems like an empathetic brilliant leader just because he pretends to care about half a million deaths.
But the bar was set so low by the previous bloke who didn't seem to even be aware that nearly half a million had died on his watch that Biden coming out with a few trite phrases looks like a genuinely caring man rather than a cynical politician in comparison.

Great man, he's crushing the covid, consoling a nation, putting the nightmare behind them.
Did you see the tantrum the last bloke threw yesterday cos the supreme court rejected his bid to hide his criminal financial dealings, ranting about how he was still really president and his 74 million voters and lots of 'experts' (sic) agree and say so. FFS my kids threw more coherent strops as toddlers than that.

It is good to know that the US right objects to this and would like migrants to either be housed in more humane conditions or just allowed through without any detention or process or record taking.
