What criminal offence you do believe Hillary Clinton is guilty of, and for which there is sufficient evidence to convince a grand jury to bring charges?

How do you know it’s a “fake scenario”? The Democrats had their chance to hold Hillary to their same standards and they said "move along folks, nothing to see here". They won't apply their standards to their own, but will to those they don't like. Democrats are fake, posers in their own made-up world Dunno about the Dems missing any chances, but Trump spent 4 years trying to gin up something to charge her with and failed miserably, mainly cos there was nothing criminal to find. So, despite all his threats and promises to prosecute and lock her up, it was yet another thing he failed at. Though if you're wanting an example of a politically motivated investigation... www.vanityfair.com/news/2020/01/hillary-clinton-justice-department-investigation-results

Trumps DOJ also said 'nothing to see here', and they tried very very hard for 4 years. Perhaps there was nothing to see.

Yeah. Team Lock-Her-Up had the DOJ, the presidencies, majorities in the House and Senate and in the Supreme Court.
Are you saying that they're all so immensely useless they couldn't prosecute her for something as glaringly obvious as this? Or are you saying that there wasn't anything obvious to prosecute her for?

In a chilling attack on free speech, the GOP supermajority (only achieved through extreme gerrymandering) in Tennessee has voted to expel 2 black and tried to expel a women Democratic members who joined a rally of school kids and their parents in the State Capitol following the school shooting there. Apparently sacrificing children on the alter of the second amendment is perfectly fine, but if you speak for change and sensible gun law reform the GOP will hound you, expel you and try to silence you. The GOP silenced the representation of over 200,000 citizens today. www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-65206459

if there was nothing obvious, why did she go to such extreme lengths to destroy the hard drive? and even though they didn't prosecute hey, they were very worried her private servers had been hacked.

So, you’re saying that the GOP and Trump and his DOJ are utterly inept and useless?

Brilliant, despite the republican extremists in TN trying to silence 2 black representatives for disagreeing on gun legislation, one was reinstated today by their district and the other is expected back in 2 days.
Democracy survived another assault from the Republicans, though I expect their attacks will continue.

The Republicans don’t. They put themselves right in the headlights trying to remove the few black legislators who’re left as a result of gerrymandering.

Trump found guilty of sexual abuse, forced to pay $2 million in damages.
Sadly won't face jail for being a sex pest as it's a civil case.

He's been a very naughty boy. Done on sex assault, battery, lying, and defamation. The only thing that wasn't absolutely proved and unanimously noted was rape - which was always going to be very hard to prove.

After the verdict was read, Judge Lewis Kaplan spent several minutes thanking jurors for their work, saying they had been torn from their lives to come to court and reach a hard decision.
The identities of the nine-member jury were kept secret due to privacy concerns.
Kaplan said once the jurors left the courtroom, it was up to them to decide whether they continued to remain anonymous.
“My advice to you is not to identify yourselves, not now, and not for a long time,” he told them.
Kaplan said members were not allowed to reveal the identities of their fellow jurors.
“And with that, I discharge you,” he said.
