Too non-specific. You could say mammals can get pregnant, which is true, but it's a bit vague for many discussions. Clarity. Precision.

Why do you need more specificity? Which pregnant people do you want to not study foetal alcohol poisoning in?
I understand you don't feel a need to study alcohol poisoning in pregnant platypuses, but fortunately the proposal seems to have excluded that group.

It was really the "people" part that caught my attention. Unless you think men can get pregnant, which sounds like the sort of mistake a 5-year old might make after first finding out that the stork doesn't bring babies. You really need to get a life. Trans men can get pregnant so it’s inclusive of them. Find something serious to cry over. (Also why on earth is the word “people” offensive? You’re really strange.)

You really are extremely stupid if that's your interpretation. Can you think of another? Can you? Can you?

The treatment for ectopic pregnancy is abortion The treatment for detached placenta is abortion The treatment for ruptured placenta is abortion The treatment for most cases of fatal death is abortion The treatment for severe preeclampsia when it occurs before fetal viability is abortion The consiquences of leaving these untreated is maternal death in most cases. As of today 12 states have outlawed life saving treatment and more will follow. So women will die, it's that simple.

I know I shouldn't pick on Voice's typing, but this is a great mistake.

You’re embarrassing yourself.

Rights do not have to be explicitly enumerated in the constitutional to be constitutional. The constitution is not legislation.

But by repealing Roe vs. Wade it has ensured that women’s physical, emotional and mental health is at risk in those backwards states that will take the opportunity to grant foetuses greater rights over a woman’s body than she herself enjoys.

Why do the left hate democracy?

Why do the left hate democracy? That word doesn’t mean what you think it means. (And most Americans support keeping abortion legal.)

Jimbo thinks the states should have the right to deprive women of life and liberty because, hey, it's fine if the states do it. He refuses to make a case of banning abortion but is happy for states to ban abortion. It's the same disingenuous bullshit that so many lost-causers use to defend the civil war. They think it was genuinely about the right of states to make their own legislation on slavery, and it was shocking federal overreach for the Union government to impose such rules on the southern states and it was therefore entirely reasonable for the south to go to war to protect the rights of the states. It was nothing, in these peoples minds, to do with actual slavery.

It’s also the weirdest argument - somehow that as long as the decision is made by the states then it’s fine.

AOC isn't wrong that they lied. But those justices lied in a very non-specific manner that allowed certain Senators to vote for them while leaving them just enough wiggle room to not have explicitly contradicted themselves Has anyone noticed the similarities between the MO of these a**holes and those in the British government? It's almost like they're following the same rulebook.
