The consiquences of leaving these untreated is maternal death in most cases.
As of today 12 states have outlawed life saving treatment and more will follow.

Rights do not have to be explicitly enumerated in the constitutional to be constitutional. The constitution is not legislation.

But by repealing Roe vs. Wade it has ensured that women’s physical, emotional and mental health is at risk in those backwards states that will take the opportunity to grant foetuses greater rights over a woman’s body than she herself enjoys. |

But those justices lied in a very non-specific manner that allowed certain Senators to vote for them while leaving them just enough wiggle room to not have explicitly contradicted themselves Has anyone noticed the similarities between the MO of these a**holes and those in the British government?
