hmmm. "Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s decision to run for the 2024 Democratic presidential nomination is supported by 31 percent of eligible voters who backed Joe Biden in the 2020 election, according to a new survey conducted exclusively for Newsweek, with just 20 percent opposed."www.newsweek.com/robert-f-kennedy-jr-support-among-joe-biden-voters-1810120up from 20% to 31%. an 11 point gain. and we have a long, long way to go before the election.

He's still way behind in the polls to Biden this was asking if he should be in the primary btw, and about a third of Democrats think he would fit better within the Republican party such are his policies, especially as most of the money vankrolling RFK is coming from the far right and Trump pacs.
For all the right bigging him up, he's little more than a republican funded spoiler candidate. It's also telling the right are spending a lot more effort on RFK than their own candidate, many state GOP organisation's are effectively bust, so much money is being siphon off to pay for the traitors legal bills, many in the gop at state level fear there is nothing left to run any effective campaigns next year. So having a spoiler is about their last hope.
Also Newsweak, RFK is not a vaccine skeptic, or one who questions vaccines, he's a full on anti Vax crank.

That's a desperate piece of polling. Not "Do you support RFK" but "Do you support his decision to run" which is obviously a question designed to get cherry-picked. RFK's nominal support in polling has been unchanged for months.

There are no polls showing his opponents doing well. The best you can find are people saying it’s ok for them to run.

I was hoping that Auntie might just see sense and refrain from reporting every tiny bit of predictable, dull twitter surrounding Donald Trump's legal problems and the upcoming US elections. www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-66529579Nobody's interested. It really doesn't affect us.

It's weird how much hate spews forth from the left, despite their clumsy, childish attempts to persuade us they're the "good guys".

I know I see a US version of the website, because you often talk about things on the "front page" that I have to excavate deep to find. So I don't know what's being pushed on the UK version. For Americans it's actual news. The most recent President and second most-likely next President is obviously going to be of interest. That he's being prosecuted for attempting to overthrow the government in various ways is also obviously meaningful news. Assassination threats against judges should be news, particularly if they're linked to the cases of attempting a coup, and particularly in the context of an indictment that's on racketeering charges, all based on people using their weight to try and blackmail and leverage public officials.

It really doesn't affect us. It turns out that the judge here is the cousin of legendary English rapper (and occasional Liverpool soccerball winger) John Barnes. So there you are. Totally legit for the Beeb to report it.

Haha. I'm amazed they haven't spotted that. You've probably stolen their weekend headlines.

Though it's not the dems who will see P01135809 convicted, as all the witnesses will be Republicans.
