That's pish, surely? This is ambulance-chasing of the worst sort qv Hillsborough, Grenfell Tower, Kenyan rapees. I feel terribly sorry for the families who have lost kids. The person to blame is the bomber, but I doubt he has deep pockets. The families haven't lost breadwinners and you can't really monetise grief. You can rake in fees over a few decades though, as many solicitors have done, and continue to do so. Of the worst sort? Really? - Worse than those cold calls I and others sometimes receive wanting to discuss "the accident you had"? - Worse than similar cold calls telling me I can apply for thousands because I had a Capital One credit card (which is also untrue)? - Worse than the SCAM e-mails asking me about PPI they say I have supposedly taken out through mis-selling (but never have)? - Worse than those SCAM e-mails telling me that Audi owes me squillions for selling me a diesel-engined car? No - these are FAR worse, preying on tens of thousands of gullible people (if not more) to hand over high percentages of whatever they can get for their "clients". Also, no-one can monetise grief (you're right about that), but then that's not what this is about; this is also not about breadwinners but, perhaps more importantly, the loss of a child who could, for example, be a parent's carer in later years. Like I say, have a heart.

These people are preying on millions of people. The taxpayers.
It's not a case of having a heart. It's a case of having a brain.

You might as well compensate the parents for loss of the golden rainbow unicorns their kids would have evolved into.
You'll be voting Labour this time, right?

Nope. Like Farage, you render being wrong an art form in itself.
Think again. No, seriously.

This is a fault in the asylum system, not with asylum seekers or refugees across the board.
The government has had 10 years to sort this out (15 if you include the Tory/Lib coalition) and look where we are. For sure, if cabin crew are intervening to block deportations, then this is wrong, though it really doesn't say very much for the quality of the Laws these Tories try to enact.

It's also a problem of the courts. Everyone knows that when it comes down to it, a judge will likely grant leave to remain. I think it's also the case that judges, being bound by the ECHR, will make rulings based on that.

Same issue, same squirrel. Like the one running around in your head: rabid, but clearly not agoraphobic.

My top ad is a squirrel and rat trap. Can be used for both, apparently.

Or are you engaging in that “collective responsibility” you are so fond of again? Oh out of interest is there a separate link to a story showing he was a known sex attacker and those who blocked his flight departure knew that and still helped him?

“ The cabin crew's intervention came amid claims Mayela's hand had been broken by deportation minders who handcuffed his wrists and taped his legs together.
Weeks later, Mayela won leave to remain after lawyers said that deportation would be against his human rights while police investigated the handlers for alleged assault”
Ok this provides more context. It was alleged his hand had been broken while prepped for the flight and the cabin crew refused to take off (presumably until he received medical attention).
Seems reasonable.

And the 15 year old girl he raped? Does that "seem reasonable"? For all your babble about rape and violence against women, it's always conditional with you. What's the skin colour or politics of those involved is your first response.
