What out NY, you are dangerously near the male menopause! You can't avoid it, it will hit like a thunderbolt, and then chug chug! lol! Enjoy it while you can! However fit and gorgeous you are now, you guys reach a point where hormones kick in like ours do! lol!

Look you, just because you feel past it at 41 doesn't the rest of us will cease to have a social life. Ironically most of my colleagues (much younger than me) cannot bear the thought of a night at a club, prefering pub then bed.
Most of my mates (my age and older) have my stamina.
Anyway I don't see 45 as old anymore. That's my parents age, and I don't really see them as past it.

I've got a lot more years on me than most of you, and I don't even class myself as middle-aged yet. Age is just a number, I know people I have 20 years on that seem old to me. It's how you live, what you do with your life, and how you feel inside. My fella is just the same, we enjoy a great life, love music, dancing - hell, I went out and swam a mile last night with my step daughter. Don't judge people as numbers, some people are ageless and some are old the minute they are born! I don't exist, I live!!

Re: Women 'feel most beautiful aged 32'
It's not just women. Most people my age that I know look back on their 30's with nostalgia as being the best years of their lives.
My kids were teenagers and able to look after themselves (no baby sitters req'd. My wife and i were still in the prime of our lives and we were both earning good money. Lot's of parties, late nights and foreign holidays - life was great.
(and it gets better as you get older)

Women have feelings? Bloody hell. What next!?
It is a fact. FACT! That women look best 17-23, though it is true some remain at their peak far, far longer. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm women.

Can we also include Sarah Brown and Alistair Darlings wife, both who are high in the ugly munter top 10.
I enjoyed my 30s but I am also enjoying my 40s. Its down to the individual. Its all about being healthy and fit.

My life definitely got better when I reached forty. Each decade is different but as you get older you don't waste so much time worrying about what other people think and just do your own thing. In France older women ie: 35 and over are considered to have "that certain something" I think the attempts of Hollywood stars to turn back the years with plastic surgery are futile, they end up with mask like faces and chicken skin necks, also wrinkly hands. Madonna stills looks pretty good at 50.

Madonna looks bog ugly. There is nothing pretty about her face, and there never was. I do remember though as a teenager batting off over her pic on the cover of that 'like a virgin' record, but a teenager finds nearly all birds attractive.

I can believe the thread title.
After all, my ex-wife felt at her most intelligent when her IQ was 32.
