I don't mind a bit of swearing. A few choice words now and again can add to a post in my opinion but I'll stick to whatever the rules of the board are. I find it a bit surprising that the owners of the board (whoever they are) don't allow it though. I've been/am a member of other widely promoted, public, US based boards that don't mind swearing at all.

Youngsters would not be seen dead on a site like this. Proboards Terms of Service Tell me where it says no swearing .............. mind you the muslim haters are in the shi-ite. And point me in the direction of the board where they say they won't propmote the site if we say bad words. |

The no swearing stays.
We need to be able to attract new members. When I ask another site to add us as a link I don't want to be always refused.
Please take special care to keep your subject lines clean ... they give an example as to what is norm for the board.
Many people feel uncomfortable reading a board full of people effing and blinding at each other.
As this IS a board used mostly by adults we can be adult enough to find creative innuendos for our put downs and jokes.
About the stars and rankings .... we can always have another poll in the future.

How do you post pictures? You have to upload them to photobucket or image shack first and then click on the image button and pop the url in . If you've got pics in an album on yuku you can also use the url to that .You'll find it in properties |
