If you think those moodys were bad, you should have seen the pair of boots I had when I was about thirteen, and a BIG fan of Duran Duran....

They were what we affectionately called 'Pixie Boots', if anyone cares (or should that be 'dares') to remember.... Mine were black, with big leather straps across the front of the foot, each strap having a massive, but disturbingly badly-made tin buckle on the end of it, and there were lots and lots of suede tassels around the ankle part of the boots.

Now those were shoes to be embarrassed to be photo'd around.....

P.S. I had a trilby too, as my own, personal tribute to Simon Le Bon, who would have married me if it wasn't for that pesky Yasmin..... (wow! I'm sounding like a quote from another dog-hero series.... Scoobie Doo, where are you?)

I hate to go off subject, but allow me to join you in the "Oh my good what was I wearing on my feet" stakes.

A starter for ten, grwoing up in the early eighties as I did, school uniforms were a relative new thing at my middle school. Imagine our shock when a cheeky maroon and blue number found its way into our wardrobe.
Suffice to say, whilst growing up money was never an issue - because we didn't have any. So I wore my spanking new gray slip-on shoes with pride!!!!!

Much later, i went through a metal stage and wore the Dr Martens with aplomb (with band names tipp-exed on to them).

Still, and even taking account your Le Bon's, nothing can come close to your moody blues on your living room floor

Is it true that Shpeal-burgh is pursuing the film rights for the Lassie and Hobo crush the Taliban story?

With his complete flop AI dragging his bank ballance down and the last good film he made being ET (I was about 5 at the time and not that hard to please) is it wise to let him carry on?

Any McNab (famouse SAS author) has offered his management shills to boot!

Is it wise to protect Lassie and Hobo from this by setting up a company maybe called L&H Ltd to handle all this maybe split into sub companies:

L&H Merchandising

L&H Publishers
L&H Advertising

Thus keeping all profits within Lassie and Hobo's control. I appreciate this is not in accordance with many multinational companies who contract out to limit there liabilities but if Lassie and Hobo dont suceed then the company will have nothing to trade with and if (as they probably will) they succeed then proffits should be massive and can be best distributed to the RSPCA and other worthy charitys according to L&H's wishes?

The charity gig thing is kind of a side track event ehich cant happen until our boys have come through......we have got quite a few plans laid down for that gig already.......we dont wanna over plan it or we'll ruin it......sometimes a simpler event goes doqwn a lot better than a complex one!!

Confirm Posy sorted as our anchor woman - what about JR as the anchor man? (Saw his picture earlier this morning and he looks a handsome chap.) Pls confirm if still alive or not - confused now.

Dress is being made up and dolphins/whale/pigeons have all confirmed they will perform free of charge (except Free Willy who demanded 5 buckets of fish and his own dressing room).

I have a consignment of candles coming for the nice dreamy singy songy shots but we will have to do something with Posy's tail or she'll be up in no time - suggestions welcomed.

Black Beauty has requested an appearance but Im not sure what he could do.Suspect this is just a publicity stunt to get him into the limelight as recent media reports have hinted that he is seeking a political career. The COBOL wsa useful.....I used a bity of cunning and incorperated the two langueages, and then encrypted it too!!! There is no way any spy or enemy could get theor hands on the information.

The device has now been built and the tracking system uploaded!! It has been sent to hereford where the Military will ship it out to them soon!
