I cannot imagine Botox is that expensive you will have sex for it. And I can fathom that a well paid, in his prime successful man would need to resort to exchanging free Botox to get access to sex.

Still, I don't expect it'll hold him back. He'll probably just carry on elsewhere. There are so many people claiming to be Doctors these days, it'll probably go unnoticed.

I was amused to see a couple of "Doctors" the other day, being sort of cornered into admitting that they weren't actual Medics. Pair of charlatans. I think it's fair enough for PhDs to use their title if they want to, especially in an academic scenario, but not in healthcare. That's wilfully dodgy. They run a skin clinic.

Anyone can give themselves the title Dr, there's no law against it in Britain. You're not allowed to pretend to be one though. Interestingly medical doctors call themselves Dr as an honorary title only. To call yourself Dr, you really should have a doctorate, which plenty of medical doctors have but not all.

Every day's a school day. I had assumed that medics had to have a medical doctorate, conferred once the had basically done their BSc., MSc. and professional assessment stuff.

They have a medical degree but that's denoted by the letters after their name. They all call themselves Dr except surgeons who are Mr, Mrs, Ms etc.
