Anyway sounds as if the Tories are being especially pathetic in blaming Labour.
The decisions were made by officials not ministers and the Tories were in power once those decisions started to be made no?

I didn't know anything about this situation until the last two days.
The more I read about it - the worse it gets. It really has been a total fcuk up by Government - on both sides.
But it does seem the T May has a lot of explaining to do.
It just seems so incompetent. So unbelievably stupid by all involved.

Well, if the Tories were to blame, I guess not. The last Labour HS in 2009 was a useless, thieving bastard, incapable of getting anything like that together. She even admits it.
