I eat anything me. I love meat; fish; Veg; fruit; nuts; cheese anything.
Me Lady wife has gone full on Vegan. and I have to say she's cooking/preparing some mouthwatering stuff. I had two bowls of the soups she made last night - it was superb. So good for her - and she's looking very good on it.
We just have to cook one after the other. I'm having two proper burgers tonight - with onions; mushrooms; pots; carrots and kale.

I'm having sausages, baked spuds and salad tonight. First meat I've had in a week or so.
I do all the cooking and frankly I'm good at it. Buggered if I'm cooking twice though.

The Aussie woman took to a vegan group on Facebook looking for support, but got a rude awakening when her fellow meat-free members slammed her for the controversial decision. While many supported her decision to have a vegan menu at her wedding, people we angry how she was treating her family, who she labelled “murderers” over their choice of diet. LINKWhatever did happen to Mango?

A good steak tartare is really a thing of wonder. Any non-vegetarian who refused to eat it is weird. Well except pescatarians and those who don’t eat red meat... Actually it took me years to try steak tartare. The thought of raw meat was gross to me. I do quite like it now.

I find pescatarians weird. If you eat a water-meat that's either massively depleting in the ocean stocks, or is farmed and full of chemicals, which makes up most fish, it's weird to not eat land-and-air meat.

I was a pescatarian from 0-19. My dad and one of my brothers still are. I have decided it was much easier to be a skinny minny as a pescatarian.

I like fish, but don't like cow or pig or chicken meat, I've no objection to people eating them, I just don't really like it, so don't. Vegans get on my tits only when they become naggy about it, which sadly all too many of them do

Okay, please avoid the obvious, but what sort of dishes would you have in a typical week as a pescatarian? Is it usually a whole grilled fish with vegetables? Or fish curry? Or fish pie? I'd like to eat more fish but I don't have many ideas about what to do with it to keep it interesting.

I like to do a sort of stir fry with fish, rice and whatever else you fancy. Also whitebait and cod or herring roe are delicious.

Well I am guessing here, but I don't think that you would buy a steak, peppers eggs, go home mince the steak chop the peppers, crack an egg, mix it all together slap it all on a plate and eat it.You just order it at a restaurant and that is all.

I've made it at home a couple of times - but I make sure that if I'm doing that I get the best quality steak.

I've had Steak Tartare twice in restaurants, and both times it was made fresh at the table. Very tasty, but I wouldn't go for it now as Mrs. Mogg and I are cutting down dramatically on the amount of meat that we eat.

I feel that something like a good tartare means you can have less actual red meat for the meaty kick. 4 oz of tartare feels like a pound or two of grilled steak in just how umami-meaty it is.

Cnuts An Australian couple who put their baby daughter on a strict vegan diet that left her severely malnourished have avoided serving a jail sentence. The couple in their 30s, who cannot be named, were sentenced to an 18-month jail term which will be served as a community order. The girl, now three, was so malnourished she looked like a three-month-old at 19 months. She was fed a diet of oats, potatoes, toast and rice among others. The child was found with no teeth when she was taken into care earlier last year. At a sentencing at Sydney's Downing Centre Court on Thursday, Judge Sarah Huggett criticised the parents for putting her on a "completely inadequate" diet. "This child was severely malnourished, underweight and undersized and delayed as far as age-appropriate milestones were concerned," said the judge. 'Couldn't speak, feed herself' The girl was taken into care in March 2018 when her mother called emergency services after she suffered a seizure. It was then that she was found to be severely malnourished. She presented with blue lips, cold hands and feet, low blood sugar and little muscle tone, said the Australian Associated Press. www.bbc.com/news/world-australia-49430857Derisory sentence for child abuse, they should have done some serious time for doing this to a child.

It’s probably possible to raise your babies as vegans and it suggests they did so with their two other kids without incident. But once you can see that your child is suffering adverse effects why would you dismiss the advice you were receiving as to what the cause was? Especially when the evidence was plain to see?! I am utterly unsurprised that they were an older and educated couple though.
