The whole reason why she joined was to breed more terrorists, to "help" the cause. That is her crime in my opinion.

Make no mistake about it people, if this subhuman parasitic lump of Burku wearing vermin had her way she would gladly smile at the sight of each and every one of us and our family members getting our heads cut off and she would feel happy about it. How is it remotely possible for any cunt to feel any sympathy for this top of the fuking range piece of shiit. If she is ever alowed back into this country she will continue to poison the minds of other muslims as sure as Jimmy saville was a pedo.. Anyone who has the slightest molecule of sympathy for this bin liner wearing jihadi breeding fukwit has got to be a prize fool..... Quote/Unquote.. or what ever the fuk that means but sounds offical..

She and the child are now stateless. (2)The Secretary of State may by order deprive a person of a citizenship status if the Secretary of State is satisfied that the person has done anything seriously prejudicial to the vital interests of— (a)the United Kingdom, or (b)a British overseas territory. (3)The Secretary of State may by order deprive a person of a citizenship status which results from his registration or naturalisation if the Secretary of State is satisfied that the registration or naturalisation was obtained by means of— (a)fraud, (b)false representation, or (c)concealment of a material fact.(4) The Secretary of State may not make an order under subsection (2) if he is satisfied that the order would make a person stateless.Forgot link...Does she have Bangladesh citizen ship or not?

Well we are either a country of laws that apply equally to everyone no matter their views and crimes or we are not, if we are than stripping her of her citizenship and the rights that bestows is wrong, if we are no longer a country of the rule laws then fine, but we no longer have any moral authority to criticize other countries with flexible approaches to the rule of law either.

anyway while the HS is stripping citizenship from those wishing to do dire harm to the UK he should be targeting those doing the most harm, Farange, JRM Redwood et al.

And Gort, I think we all feel that she's an undesirable citizen, but the point is the Home Secretary seems to be acting autonomously and without legal precedent. To allow this undermines our legal system and potentially our own rights. What next? It's maybe the thin end of the wedge.
So as a British citizen, unless she has dual nationality, she cannot be made a stateless person. It's everything we stand for.
By all means put her in the dock, but The Law has to be adhered to; let's not get hysterical.

Her mother from Bangladesh under Bagladesh law gives her daughter duel citizenship Aha! That's an interesting counterpoint to the Bangladeshis' stonewalling. They said that they had no interest in her but, if it's their law .... Also, UK law only requires that the person being deracinated has the prospect of citizenship elsewhere, I believe, so it's possible that Javed is right here.

Maybe gives her the right? But she'd need a passport no? If not you could be happily getting on with your life minding your own business and someone could point out that your long-dead mum was born elsewhere and revoke your nationality.
