And yeah, druggie are boring as fcuk, one of the reasons I left that scene was how utterly boring I began to see it, talk of this or that resin, pill, or powder, and little else. It's really not that much different to the boring beardy real ale crowd.

And on the waistline. I had our Christmas do last week and it was the first time I had been properly drunk in I don’t know how long. Felt awful.

Coincidentally, I was thinking about dope last night and my dope smoking days (early to mid 80s). Nowadays the talk's all about weed. There was almost no weed available in Edinburgh back then so nearly everyone smoked resin, the common ones being Rocky (Moroccan), Red Leb (from Lebanon) and P*ki black. Rarely there'd be some Kashmir and I think once the legendary Thai sticks (which was grass, I think). Nepalese Temple Balls was the other legendary type but I never saw that. Queer. I never ever got into cannabis / dope / resin / weed whatever you want to call it smoking. Tried a few times and that was more than enough for me. Don’t get why people like it.

I wouldn't recommend it. It makes you a stupid, indolent bore. Luckily I made a full recovery.

"Sean Combs has been sued by a music producer who has accused him of sexual assault and being forced to have sex with sex workers. Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones alleges he was a victim of unsolicited groping and sexual touching while he was working for the rapper on his latest album. This is the fifth law suit with sexual assault allegations against Mr Combs." www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-68386019"Sean Love Combs (born Sean John Combs; November 4, 1969), also known by his stage names Poof Daddy, P. Diddly, or Diddly,is an American rapper, record producer, record executive and actor." Brilliant. He's trisexual. He'll try anything sexual, innit?

I'm not sure you want to be called "Li'l Rod" when it comes publicity about sex.

Haha. Yeah, I noticed that. The story is rich with unintended humour.
It also smacks of getting yer claim in while the bloke's still got a few bucks.

Ja Rules apply to you too, you thick dickhead. ""I've spent a half million dollars of my own money to put this tour together only to be denied entry days before my shows. "This is not fair to me or my fans - these venues are 85% sold out and now I can't come." Ja Rule, who was released from prison in May 2013 after serving two years on gun possession and tax evasion charges, added: "The UK is one of the few European countries that restricts entry to people with criminal records." www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-68425223It'll be interesting to see if his fans get their money back.

And to be fair, even then it wasn't really music.

If he applied for entry months ago and they've only just told him, that's pretty crappy from the authorities.
My guess is that he just assumed he could get in and never bothered to put in an application despite his record, in which case it's on him.

He won’t be the only person with a criminal record who has been allowed in. 50 Cent did recently. Probably needs to fire his admin staff.

This one's gone a bit quiet. Like Sasha... "A Metropolitan Police firearms officer named for the first time as Lord Chief Superintendant Sir Martyn Blake GC KCB etc has pleaded not guilty to murdering Chris Kaba." www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-68502539
