Of course, no longer being part of the EU, this doesn't do anything to help Rishi Sunak to "stop the boats"; in fact, some would argue it does the opposite.

But yeah - great news that 27 states can agree something so seemingly difficult in eight years. Compare this with Sunak's Tories who, if asked what they would do to reduce immigration, would give you more different opinions than there are flies on a cowpat.

I'm glad we all agree with the EU. Speeding up the asylum process and making sure the regions take a fair share of them rather than leaving them all in front-line spots is something everyone has been arguing for except the current British government who are burning billions of quid making sure they don't get processed because they want their pointless cruelty to be as visible as possible.

"Police officers in Brussels moved to shut down a conservative conference “with immediate effect” while Nigel Farage was on stage.

Officers entered the venue hosting National Conservatism to serve a court order that demanded the conference be ended on the grounds it endangered public safety.

The police document, seen by The Telegraph, suggested speeches by speakers including Nigel Farage and Suella Braverman could lead to public disorder or display racist and homophobic views.

While the event organisers mount a court challenge against the order, the police agreed to let the conference continue but have prevented anyone from entering the venue.

The conference was already forced to relocate over the weekend after claims of “political pressure” from the mayor of Brussels."
