"Protesters have attacked police after thousands of people turned up to a demonstration that officers had "strongly advised" against attending. Officers suffered broken bones and police vans were set alight as angry scenes unfolded in Bristol city centre. Crowds had gathered for the Kill the Bill demonstration in opposition to the Police and Crime Bill. Demonstrators scaled a police station, threw fireworks into the crowd and daubed graffiti on the walls. Avon and Somerset Police said what had started "as a peaceful protest" had been "turned by a small minority into a violent disorder". I wonder if dibble realise how much damage they're doing to themselves by seemingly being unable to judge how to act in the face of various types of protest. It seems that any protest that looks to be a bit tasty gets to do as they please and any peaceful protest gets attacked.

Light a candle for a dead woman and get wrestled to the ground, set a police van on fire and watch them stand around doing nothing. Same applies to the protestors of course. Defending the right to peaceful protest isn’t achieved by violent protest. |

Anyway, the UK's falling apart thanks to Johnson. It's all part of the cunning plan to take control, turn the UK into a police state, the ultimate aim of Brexit. Like we all said four years ago. When the dirty work's been done, Johnson'll be removed and become Lord Johnson of Rutland.
