How are you so clueless? How is it possible that that's you takeaway from what I said? Let's get you back on track. Once again, then. The issue is that for some aspects of gender dysphoria, drugs are being given to children without having been rigorously tested for that specific purpose, and that rigorous testing is the bed rock of the safety of medical interventions. In other words, medical science and not ideology and feelings are the preferred methods here. The irony is that GIDS have seen and treated enough children to have conducted proper trials over the years and if they'd done so, there'd have been no need for the Cass review. It's telling that 6 out of 7 treatment centres across the UK refused to co-operate with the review. The cunts.

I wonder if those people who insist in putting their pronouns in their emails will quietly start to delete them?

I think we should quietly delete people who do that.

I think we can guess. It's not all that common at my work, surprisingly. I can only think of 3 or 4 people that have it.

Yeah, here too. Most people find it weird and wanky, unless you have a genuine preference. Blokes putting him/his just look slightly bigoted when the default position is just to ignore it.

What side of history, the left? "The NHS is to crack down on transgender ideology in hospitals, with terms like “chestfeeding” set to be banned. Victoria Atkins, the Health Secretary, will this week announce a series of changes to the NHS constitution which sets out patients’ rights. Referring to “people who have ovaries” rather than “women” will also be prohibited under plans to ensure hospitals use clear language based on biological sex. The new constitution will ban transgender women from being treated on single-sex female hospital wards to ensure women and girls receive “privacy and protection” in hospitals. Patients will also be given the right to request that intimate care is carried out by someone of the same biological sex. It follows concerns from patients about biological men being allowed in women’s hospital wards. NHS guidance has previously stated that trans patients could be placed in single-sex wards on the basis of the gender with which they identified." www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2024/04/27/nhs-to-limit-trans-ideology-with-new-constitution/

The Tory Party are really going crazy for this stuff, aren't they? Completely obsessed and ideologically driven.

There is nothing wrong with inclusive language. If somebody wants to use the term chest feeding in relation to themselves why the hell is government trying to ban them doing so? The party of “freedom” my arse. (How would they enforce it? Penalise nurses for following patient wishes? Have people arrested for asking midwife’s to use the term “chest feeding” in relation to them?) Of all the things crippling society at the moment a pamphlet referring to “people with ovaries” does not crack the top 20.

“ Patients will also be given the right to request that intimate care is carried out by someone of the same biological sex.”
This already exists. This is what I mean by how stupid the Tories and their followers are. Promising things that already are in place.
It has already existed. However in many places due to the gender imbalance in numbers of male vs. female gynaecologists some places warn in advance they may not be able to fulfil the request. Unless the Tories are going to engage in DEI initiatives to get far more women into gynaecology how on earth do they intend to deliver on that empty promise in the public health sector?
Edit: Oh I notice the slippery language. Patients will have the right (already in place) to ask that intimate care is provided by somebody of the same sex but they don’t guarantee it….

“ The new constitution will ban transgender women from being treated on single-sex female hospital wards to ensure women and girls receive “privacy and protection” in hospitals.”
So they will be setting up special words for Transgender women then given that male wards will be equally unsuitable for transgender women?
And does this mean transgender men will be forced onto female wards?
