odd then that Abbot wants to block it then, though I notice some anti-abortion loon yesterday in congress was trying to pretend abortion wasn't abortion, after days of the unhinged right claiming the 10 year old rape story was a lie and made up while standing by the laws that force a 10 year old rape victim, in fact all rape victims, to carry their attackers fetus to term, she was backpedaling fast and made the claim such women and girls are not getting an abortion at all. Clearly bollox, but that's where things are at, its abortion when they get votes and not abortion when its clearly embarrassing them.
Though the most jaw dropping one was a GOP state rep casting doubt on her claim it was rape, she might have got pregnant willingly or something, it was difficult following the logic.

If this woman causes anybody to lose compassion for Transgender people and support for trans rights then they never had it nor supported them in the first place. “Waaaaah she said not all cis women have capacity for pregnancy…..waaah now I no longer support trans people!” Please. I have no compassion for transgender people. Why should I? I'd maybe have compassion if they recognised it as a mental aberration which needed treatment and were seeking help. Most of it is caused by early programming - and I also accept there are those with genetic issues but they are few and far between.
