Being forced into a state of death against your will, with all the physical and mental impacts of that is a big deal. Going back to before this thread got even more childish, Mids inadvertently made a reasonable point hidden here, in the same way that Jimbo did about being a vegetarian. “Against their will” is part of the case to be made here and why slavery is entirely different. We know that blastocysts and fortunes and embryos don’t have any will or agency or the mental capacity for such. Unlike slaves. Who could think for themselves and knew what was happening to them. |

An Australian friend of ours arrived in London, went to an address in Earl's Court to crash, found a party going on, had a couple of beers and bedded down exhausted on the floor. He awoke a short time later having been spiked with LSD wondering what was happening, at the bottom of his sleeping bag being swung around the room by some demented bloke.
