I agree with moggy on this - keep him, let him do more damage; if they replace him with someone half reasonable (who? ) they could just wing it to another 5 years, heaven forbid. If there was a decent opposition they'd not stand a chance.

If they wanted him gone, I think it would have been better to wait until after the drubbing in Wakefield on Thursday. But these are Tories so an electoral crushing means much less to them than Boris getting booed at the Jubilee.
