That reminds me?
Sleeping Beauty, Tom Thumb, and Quasimodo were all talking one day.
Sleeping Beauty said, "I believe myself to be the most beautiful girl in the world."
Tom Thumb said, "I must be the smallest person in the world."
Quasimodo said, "I absolutely have to be the ugliest person in the world."
They decided to go to the Guinness Book of World Records to have their claims verified.
Sleeping Beauty went first and came out looking deliriously happy.
"It's official, I AM the most beautiful girl in the world,"
Tom Thumb went next and emerged triumphant, "I am officially the smallest
person in the world."
Sometime later, Quasimodo came out looking confused and simply stated,
"Who the hell is Camilla Parker Bowles?"

Good to know that the PC brigade does not exist because I was really starting to fear that they might. There seems to be quite a lot of obsessive behaviour regarding the rights and sensitivities of groups that don't need any and it's hard to put all that stupidity just down to the dementia of the odd random council official here and there.
However, I'm less reassured every time certain posters on this board sneer that there is no drive to make everything ridiculously PC and that anyone who thinks that there might be is a paranoid right wing facist fool. Because it seems to be happening whether there is a Wild Urine Command And Control Centre or not.
And this country did not go from police officers giving misbehaving kids a gentle smack in the head to the current dampness that sees the same kind of kid being sent on holiday as a reward for joyriding without some kind of fcuking idiot messing things up. We didn't go from capital punishment to electronic tagging without something getting embarrassingly damp.
So the next time someone suggests that everything is just peachy because there is no hard evidence of whatever the fcuk a PC brigade is I would in turn suggest that someone is fully capable of investigating their next bowel movement just before they actually sh*t it.

I'm worried about the amount of power being given to police. They can fine you on the spot, they act as judge and jury. People have been fined for calling a police horse gay. People have had fines imposed for wearing t-shirts with slogans deemed offensive, or for using the F word not even to the police, merely in their presence. I'm amazed if people don't think this is worrying.

I saw a news item today from Britain showing a mass protest on the Israel/Gaza thing. I was surprised at first til I realised that most of the protesters were your huge Muslim population of squatters. The influence of this trash on your great nations future is what troubles me the most.
And that is truth from my heart , not my usual foolishness.
