about 'expert witnesses' in a legal context. Richard Falk is not an 'expert witness'. As the UN human rights representative and a professor of international law, he is giving an authoritative opinion of the situation in Gaza. If ever the Israelis who planned and executed operation Warsaw Ghetto, are brought to justice, they will be defended by counsel and, should their case fail, they will be sentenced accordingly.

As these Hamas lot wear no uniforms, how can anyone be certain they were all inncoent civilians and that some were not Hamas fighters? . That is wonderful logic. We can arrest entire housing estates on the basis that, even though only a small number are involved in serioius crime, there is no way to know the difference. We can kill almost anyone on the basis that we don't know the difference between the innocent and the guilty. Oh Wait a Sec. I can see a flaw. Since many Israelis wear no uniform, other than the enormous numbers of weapons they carry to defend themselves while they beat up old women for picking fruit, or watch with pride while their children attack pregnant women, that will make them equally legitmate targets. That kinda defeats the object of finding a decent argument for killing Palestinians en masse while maintaining the objection to killing Israelis. Back to the drawing board.......

So that leaves 223 coward combatants Comparatively, the IDF, bombing from the air, from a distance, from ships at sea, from tanks, shielded by white phosphorus clouds which burnt Palestinians, were extremely cowardly in that they committed mass-murder with very little risk to themselves. This isn't really the point, though. The point is that Israel launched Operation Warsaw Ghetto with no sufficient justification other than the continuation of the colonisation of Arab Palestine, initiated by European Jews on the crazy belief that Palestine was given by God to his Chosen People.

Well get your boys to come out and play properly or these things will happen.
The logic is almost as flawed as saying Israel has to sit back and take all the sh*t flying at their civilian population, because they can't differentiate between fighters and civilians, so can't be sure who they'd hit if they retaliate.
In fact, that sounds a bit like those 'could land anywhere' rockets, actually.

Agreed. Now, how about a civilised solution instead of this pre-medieval nonsense.

Purely intentional, Bert. I tried to put it in German Nazi speak so that you and tarrant would stand much more chance of understanding it.

Au contraire, tarrant. I have read every bitter and twisted word of your rants, and have understood them extrememly well. Just like this little gem.
There seems little point in having a day set aside to remember mass murder in WW2, the so called Holocaust
I therefore repeat, I phrased my response in a manner which would best allow you to understand it.

Oh nice one.
You took that sentence out of context.
But I don't suppose it really matters to you. You are so intent upon defending the indefensible being dishonest is the last of your concerns.

I actually totally agree with tarrant here, by now this lot should have figured that violence is getting them nowhere, I'm not holding my breath though!!
