... he was found to not have committed any crime towards SW & no new evidence has been produced since. He voluntarily handed himself in to the UK plod and he has consistently requested further any further interviews at his location which is not ""highly irregular" but quite common place when interviewees are abroad. Can you name another example of someone interviewed over significant criminal allegations which has taken place in an embassy? SW described events which were viewed as likely to meet the criteria of rape. Someone does not need to claim a crime has been committed for the police to investigate it. A Freedom of Information request submitted by the Hazel Press news organization has revealed that Sweden has granted 44 requests to interview witnesses or suspects in the UK since 2010, the Press Association reports. This has led supporters of the WikiLeaks founder to claim that Assange has been “singled out,” as he has also agreed to be interviewed by Swedish prosecutors inside the embassy concerning sex allegations in the Scandinavian country. www.rt.com/news/312116-assange-sweden-victimization-interview/Swedish prosecutors have interviewed suspects abroad in the past, and in November 2010 Mr Assange's lawyer Mark Stephens said his client had offered to be interviewed at the Swedish embassy in London or via video link. www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-19426382

It was explained to her and she still did not want him charged. It's still her word against his and they should carry equal weight but in reality if she is not confident enough in her testimony to have that testimony used in a prosecution of him then they are clearly not of equal weight. She has separately described herself as "asleep", "half asleep" and "awake" in social media that she tried to destroy.

How does "Sweden has granted 44 requests to interview witnesses or suspects in the UK since 2010" lead to "this has led supporters of the WikiLeaks founder to claim that Assange has been “singled out,”
Eh?

La la wanted evidence Sweden interviewed suspects in the UK. I offered two links. Lala asked for nothing of the kind. If you're going to tell lies, you should at least wait until the evidence of your duplicity is hidden on another page.

She has separately described herself as "asleep", "half asleep" and "awake" in social media that she tried to destroy. Rape prosecutions often proceed in these circumstances. It strikes me as quite likely that the prosecutors will not charge him, having completed their investigative process; or it comes to trial, it will likely result in Assange being found not guilty. But the point is it should come to trial, as he has prima facie committed rape according to Swedish law. Once you appear to be sticking your dick into wimmin unlawfully, it has to get sorted out in court.

How many of these 44 were cowering in foreign embassies? He first requested it when under house arrest and offered to attend the Swedish embassy. At that point they were anticipating he would return to Sweden, willingly or otherwise.

Y'all do realise the with the actual questioning your "he's hiding from questioning" argument is blown out the water? Not really, as I suspect if the Swedes had decided to charge Assange formally, immediately after the questioning, they would have been unable to actually take him into custody. Which is why they wanted to do it in Sweden, as the jurisdiction of Swedish prosecutors in Sweden is less fraught than that of Swedish prosecutors in Britain, far less that of Swedish prosecutors in Ecudaorian embassies in Britain

He first asked to be questioned whilst under house arrest and offered to attend the Swedish Embassy. I imagine there'd be no obstacle to arrest there. It was Assange's Swedish Lawyers who were excluded from the actual questioning.

Undertakings he made when told there would be no criminal charges in respect of SW and only "minor" rape stuff in respect of AA and before a warrant was issued for his arrest and extradition.

So, however implausible or unprovable it makes the accusation seem it can be rejected, in your Stalinesque view of justice. Or perhaps you are claiming to have been peeping through the keyhole.
