Oh good lord, not this gibberish again. Jet fuel burns at 800° to 1500°F, not hot enough to melt steel (2750°F). However, experts agree that for the towers to collapse, their steel frames didn't need to melt, they just had to lose some of their structural strength—and that required exposure to much less heat. "I have never seen melted steel in a building fire," says retired New York deputy fire chief Vincent Dunn, author of The Collapse Of Burning Buildings: A Guide To Fireground Safety. "But I've seen a lot of twisted, warped, bent and sagging steel. What happens is that the steel tries to expand at both ends, but when it can no longer expand, it sags and the surrounding concrete cracks."www.popularmechanics.com/military/a6384/debunking-911-myths-world-trade-center/3 modern American skyscrapers fell from 2 planes. Either America has the shittiest construction regulations on earth or those buildings were demolished Mad as a hatter.

That's a stupid;y loose definition, or your trying to interpret it too loosely. Getting run over when crossing the road is unexpected; it is not ironic. Having a great big massive crane fall on the Great Mosque on 9-1, especially since the crane seems to be owned by the Bin Ladens, is just a weird coincidence. You might call it a sort of poetic justice, I suppose, if you're a bit of a sh*t. I just view it as a tragic accident. Let's see, Muslim jihadists - fly planes of people into the WTC - martyrs for Allah - destroy the West - from Saudi Arabia - land of Mecca - Ground Zero Holyland - Grand Mosque gets impaled by a crane - Getting the drift? I found it rather ironic too.

Most of the crane was ironic, the rest various petrol derivatives. The driver was mostly Oxygen, Hydrogen and Carbon.

How does airplane oil or fire of normal office equipment melt steel and bring down huge structures such as the Twin Towers like that? It's not possible, particularly in a short space of a few hours... Those planes did not kill all those people but something else did. Wake up, folks. Those people were killed by their own countrymen. So you think they parked outside and poured over a hundred tons of fuel inside then struck a match? Or did you miss the two hundred ton aircraft travelling at 400mph+ crash into the building, right into the exact spot in the building where the Jews/CIA/Lizard people planted the hundreds of explosive charges despite them having zero flight experience of a jet airliner, the exact spot where the demolition people cut beams, stripped insulation, laid miles of det cable and all without the thousands of people working there noticing! And this you want to believe because? Because your so clueless you don't bother to actually put a bit of thought into the ridiculousness of thinking several hundred people can dream up this conspiracy, plan it all, execute it perfectly and clean up all the evidence and keep quiet about it after! Hollywood is not fekin reality muppet, grow up!

I just assumed EIT was taking the piss with that comment.
Nobody actually believes it.
(But if they did, they're clearly so reality-averse that there's no point actually explaining anything to them).

Nah he believes it. I have met a couple of people who believe 9/11 was an "inside job" too. And I adopt the same approach as you, I just take the stance that they are too stupid to bother engaging further / trying to explain.

I met a bloke who was absolutely convinced that the Moon landing was all fake - and going on and on about it. So I asked him "which moon landing do you think was fake?" He replied "you know the moon landing." He had no idea that there has been 6 Moon landings.
Trying to talk to these people is like trying to play Chess with a pigeon.

Of course it's ironic. How does it not fit the definition?
an outcome of events contrary to what was, or might have been, expected.
You'd think Allah would have had something more festive in mind on the anniversary than dropping a crane on the heads of his followers at their holiest site.
You know, something like virgins all around - some turban-friendly party hats even.

The "I was joking but you idiots are too dense to realize it" seems to be quite a handy response when furiously back-pedaling.

The only idiots are those who continue to believe building 7 fell down by itself.

Nah. You tell me how building 7 fell down all by itself. Then I'll say what I think may have happened to the other two

Actor Adrian Grenier, 39, made the post on Friday to commemorate the 2,996 Americans who died on September 11, 2001 and also 'the 1,455, 590 innocent Iraqis who died during the US invasion'. The Instagram post, which was also shared in a link on his Twitter, received criticism from social media users calling it 'classless' and a 'slap in the face' to the 9/11 victims. Grenier is best known for playing Vinnie Chase in the HBO series Entourage. LINK

A high school cheerleading squad's 9/11 tribute performance has polarized opinion online after footage of the routine went viral. The cheer was posted on the internet on the 14th anniversary of the September 11 attacks as a mark of respect for those who lost their lives. And while some viewers have taken it in the spirit it was intended, others have branded the performance - viewed more than 20million times - 'tasteless' and 'cringeworthy'. LINK
